Clock Tower Stratford

Stratford is the gateway to Egmont National Park and Mount Taranaki. The snow-capped mountain dominates the landscape, and waterfalls and streams cascade down the mountain into the Patea River, which winds through the town centre of Stratford. The town is also home to Taranaki’s Pioneer Village – a tourist attraction that recreates the pioneering days of the early 1900s. Stratford is memorable for its clock tower – New Zealand’s only glockenspeil
